OK, I say, we always say, that we like beautiful things. It’s easy to say. It looks good to say that. Where are the beautiful, wonderful, things? Here. In this blog, I’ve found this theme that looks great to me. Not is so because aesthetics. Therefore, I think is better because of functionality. It is a luxury theme in terms of functionality. Most of we work in an environment populated by other people. Some of us have a work team. And some of we manage a work team, that is our responsibility. In my case, I am the project manager of a big project that is worth in 10 million dollars.
Five people form my team. When I arrived to the site I decided to manage the project with few well trained persons. And I chosen this persons very carefully.
In the beginning, I began talking with each one explaining my objectives and goals, and the way that the group must function. Sometimes these meetings were with the full team.
My surprise now is to check that all the group this completely convinced with the objectives and goals of the group. Each one of them understands what I desire, and has total willed to contribute what knows to obtain it.
This is something that makes me happy today.
